Recycled rubber bollards are manufactured using milled, sieved and graded Styrene Butadiene Black Rubber in reclaimed truck/lorry tyre granulate, bound together using an 8% ratio of moisture curing Polyurethane Pre-polymer.
All bollards are hydraulically pressure moulded using the same SBR granulate material throughout. Each bollard has an integral steel reinforcing tube resulting in exceptional impact resilience as well as damage to vehicles kept to a minimum due to the cushioning effect of the rubber surface.
Life expectancy is far greater than the equivalent products manufactured from steel, plastic or wood as they will not rot, crack, rust or split. They are also resilient to gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and strimmers as well as being resistant to road salt, paint, detergent, animal waste and weed killer.
Supplied complete with 25mm wide reflective bands available in Red, Red & White, White, Blue or Yellow. Colour to be specified when placing and order.
This course covers all aspects of carrying out visual and operational playground inspections and the methodology behind it.
- Both a classroom and onsite tuition, the practical element will be carried out in a local play area.
- There is an option for the candidates to sit an RPII registration exam. The successful candidate will be registered with the RPII for 3 years and will be given a certificate of registration.
